An experienced C-Suite executive with over 25 years of success in strategic planning, leadership development, brand marketing, and board governance in the banking, technology, and non-profit industries. As the former President of Bank Director, an educational resource for financial leaders across the country, Mika was instrumental in developing and overseeing the strategic direction of the business. Driven to lead with authenticity, integrity and curiosity, she believes in the importance of investing in others to set them and the business up for success.

Luci Cain
Luci Cain is the Managing Director for At C Level Consulting Group and leads the talent operations for the firm. As a strategic business leader in the financial services industry, Luci has more than 20 years of experience facilitating organizational change through cross-functional engagement, project planning and talent management. She held senior leadership roles for multibillion dollar financial institutions and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, change management and operational efficiency.
